CENTRAL ELECTRONICS LTD.,SAHIBABAD (U.P.), INDIA had absorbed the technology for Production of Professional Ferrites from National Physical Laboratory in the year 1974. Since then it is commercial production of soft ferrites for applications in Telecommunication, Defence, Railways and Industrial electronics. It is equipped with the best production machines from all over the world like Reidhammer, Automatic Programmable Atmosphere controlled Top hat and tunnel kilns, Dorst-Mechanical Presses & test equipments for Quality control from HP and Norma etc. We manufacture world class soft ferrites in various shapes like Pot cores, RS cores, E-cores, ETD cores, low profile E-cores, Toroids, Ferrite-Tiles, Beads and custom designed special shapes as required by customers. Ferrite operations are covered under ISO 9002 certification & has wide range of materials equivalent to reputed international soft ferrite manufacturers. Its products can be used in wide applications of inverters, converters, SMPS Transformers, EMI filters etc.

CEL ferrite cores are ranked in India as top in quality equivalent to any international ferrite cores specially for telecommunication, television and other electronic industries. These are at the heart of Televisions Axle Counters for Railways, Loading Coils for Defence, Radars, Transmitters, computers, Switch Mode Power Supplies and Solar Lights in villages. These have performed in extreme environments of Antartica. These are superior in reliability to any competitors products now in the market. CEL has also developed Microwave ferrites for Radar Networks and Space Communications.

Ferrites are a class of Ceramic materials which exhibit magnetic properties. These are solid solution of inorganic oxides mainly of Iron, Manganese, Nickel, Barium & Zinc with additions of other elements such as Cobalt, Lead, Strontium, Calcium, Magnesium etc., in appropriate proportions.

CEL's new range of high permeability ferrite components for Digital Switching Equipment for the telecom requirement and high frequency microwave ferrites developed for VHF/UHF communication sets and defence radar requirement, reflect our expanding product range.

A whole new range of EMI/EMC ferrite components, ferrites for Switch Mode Power Supply, Electronic Ballast etc. form a part of CEL's expansion plans.

Sizes available : Pot Cores - 47 X 28, 42 X 29, 36 X 22, 30 X 19, 26 X 16, 22 X 13, 18 X 11, 14 X 8, 11 X 7, 9 X 5 & RM-14, RM-12, RM-8, RM-6, etc. These are used in Stable Low Loss Filters, Inductors requiring High Q, Chokes, Proximity Switches, R.F. Transformers, Low Power Converters & Inverters etc. for Telecommunication, Axle-counters for Railways and other Professional electronic applications. Sizes available : T-77, T-45, T-38, T-36, T-32, T-31, T-27, T-26, T-25, T-23, T-21, T-20, T-19, T-16, T-13, T-12, T-10, T-6. Toroids are used in Pulse Transformers, Delay lines, Chokes, Converter/Inverter Transformers, Wide Band-Transformers, Impedence matching Transformers etc.	Sizes available : UU-23, UU-72, UU-93, UU-100, UI-100. These cores are used in Insulation Testers, DC to DC Converters, DC halogen lamp Inverters, Ultrasonic cleaners and high voltage inverters. By stacking of these cores high power transformers in Kilowatt range can be manufactured.
FERRITE BLOCKS	COILS & TRANSFORMERS
Blocks 58 X 54 X 14, Blocks 55 X 45 X 10, Blocks 62 X 50 X 25 For Transmitter and Receiver application Railway projects & can be used as building blocks for making high power transmitters.	CEL has expertise to design and offer equivalent coils & transformers as per customer requirements.
